It was such a joy to shoot this family 

and they were brave to

come out on a cold day. 

There was no complaining and lots of smiles despite the cold! 

Paige is obviously the light of this family

and her light shines when they are with her. 

I'm super proud of her for donating her hair a few days after 

our session together.

It was forecasted to be a dreary day,

but it turned out to be one of the prettiest days for 

Jessica and Travis.

She looked beautiful in her gown and 

he turned her head in his tux.

These two are so in love

and their day was pretty 

and enjoyable.

This happy little girl is such a joy to be around

I don't think she stopped smiling during the entire shoot.

Both her parents' personalities show through her.

It was so cute that she was interested in her cupcake

but she wasn't interested in smashing it.

The daintliy picked off the sprinkles one at a time 

and fed herself.  

When she decided to dive into the cupcake,

she squished it in her hands and then crawled off to find the next cool thing.

This family and this location 

was fun

and laid back.

I need more families like this in front of my lens!

I loved seeing the two lovebirds 

were actually the couple who had been 

married for 26 years.  

They still act like newlyweds. 

That's the kind of love every married couple should have.

They are an inspiration!

When Melissa said she wanted to do a Save The Date session

I knew just the thing to do.

Of course we have to make it fun 

and it was! 

They were great sports with my idea.

Melissa is in dental school 

so why not have Josh in the chair and her working on him

with the wedding date on his bib?
